Calculator usage — none. The calculator runs entirely client-side in your browser. Your wake time, bedtime, chronotype, medication, and all other inputs are never transmitted to us or any third party.
Newsletter subscription — if you choose to subscribe, we collect your email address only. This is used solely to send the weekly caffeine reset newsletter. We use a third-party email service provider () to manage this list.
Analytics — we use to count page visits. This tool is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sites, and does not collect any personally identifiable information.

Your Coffee Time may ask about ADHD status and medication type to personalise the caffeine schedule. This information is processed entirely in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. We do not store, log, or retain any health-related inputs.
We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter. When you unsubscribe, your address is removed from our active list and deleted within 30 days from our email service provider's systems.
